Hey lovely, so good to see you here! If you've landed here, its because you are ready for change and this, in my view is a perfect place to start. In the nature of today's fast paced world it's so easy for us to feel stuck, dragging ourselves from A to B and feeling like a hamster on a wheel, running so fast and getting nowhere! This circle of life review is an easy and fun way to take a step back and explore the bigger picture. It can assist you to lay the foundations for enhancing your well-being and crafting a life of fulfillment, vitality, and joy.
This review is designed to enhance your awareness of where you are at, right now, through reflection across many interconnecting aspects of your life, helping to illuminate your path toward your most vibrant self, one life aspect at a time.
Let's get started:

Step 1: Engage with Intention
Set yourself up for success by allocating the time and space for contemplation and reflection. You were attracted to this exercise for a reason, trust the process and maximise the opportunity.

Step 2: Review the Dimensions of Your Life
Explore the overview of the Life Segments provided below. Each segment represents a vital aspect of your holistic health—from your mental clarity and emotional resilience to your spiritual alignment and physical vitality.

Step 3: Reflect and Rate
Objectively rate each Life Segment from 1 to 10 (1 being the inner most dot and 10 being the outer most dot). Select the dot in each segment that best represents your current life experience. Think of 10 as 100% fullfilled and 0 as dramtically lacking and needing attention. Honest self-assessment will provide a baseline for your growth. The only way is up!

Step 4: Visualise Your Current Circle
Watch the brief demonstration video to learn how to complete your personalised Circle of Life Snapshot. This visual tool will help you clearly see where you are flourishing and where you may want to focus more deeply.

Step 5: Capture Your Circle
Upon completion of your Circle of Life chart (COL), simply update your email address (below the COL) and we'll email you a copy of your Personal COL Snapshot, complete with workbook and guidance on the next steps!

Step 6: Prioritise Your Path
Identify the Life Segments that are most critical for you right now. Which areas will you choose to nurture and develop first? This prioritisation guides the steps you will take to foster sustainable changes.

LIFE SEGMENT OVERVIEW

The connections we build deeply influence our sense of fulfillment and joy. Are your relationships nurturing and supportive? Whether it’s family or friends this segment focuses on the quality of your connections and their impact on your life.
4. Health
Your body is your most precious asset, yet it’s often the first thing neglected when life gets busy. How do you feel physically? Do you have the energy, strength, and vitality to fully embrace each day? This segment reflects your physical well-being and your relationship with self-care, from movement to nourishment.
5. Finances
Financial stability provides peace of mind and freedom to live life on your terms. Are you in control of your finances, or do they cause unnecessary stress? This segment encourages reflection on financial goals, habits, and the emotional relationship you have with money.
6. Career/Business
More than a paycheck, your career can be a source of purpose, creativity, and growth. Whether you’re pursuing your passion, seeking a better work-life blend, or redefining what career means, this segment explores how fulfilled and aligned you feel in your professional life.
7. Experiences
Experiences shape the fabric of our lives, bringing joy, connection, and a sense of sanctuary. Are you creating moments of laughter, adventure, and rest? This segment invites you to reflect on how your surroundings and activities nourish your spirit, support your well-being, and foster meaningful connections with the people and spaces that matter most.
8. Contribution
Contribution is about fostering connection and creating a positive impact on the world around you. By giving back through your talents, efforts, and acts of kindness, you cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose that enriches both your life and the lives of others. This segment encourages you to reflect on how your contributions align with your values, enhance your well-being, and create meaningful connections within your community.

Whether it’s through meditation, faith, or simply connecting with nature, spirituality is about aligning with something greater than yourself. This segment asks you to reflect on how grounded, connected, and at peace you feel with your inner world.
10. Purpose
Purpose is the spark that fuels a life of meaning and fulfillment. This segment encourages you to explore what drives you, how your actions align with your values, and how you can create a lasting impact by living with intention and authenticity.
Next Steps
Once you have rated each life segment and generated your unique circle of life, I then encourage you to take note of any intuitive insights that come through for you. You may also wish to evaluate or prioritse each segment in its level of importance for you right now.
Additionally, you may want to consider what your “ideal” rating might be for each segment and consider the current gaps.
