My passion for holistic health began when I was just 13 years old. Struggling with heavy, painful, and irregular periods, I found profound benefits working with a naturopath. This experience sparked a lifelong dedication to holistic and complementary therapies.
Throughout my life, I’ve consistently turned to these methods for health and wellness. Even during a challenging four-year journey to conceive my first child, it was complementary therapies, mindset shifts, and lifestyle changes that supported me in achieving my dream.
With my personal studies, life experiences, and certifications in lifestyle, nutrition, nervous system regulation, fasting, and metabolic health, I’ve arrived at a place where I truly love and appreciate my body inside and out. My mission is to help you experience the same transformation.
